We were out and about, and ended up at the 34th Anniversary Summit Racing Equipment Auto Show.

Saturday morning....we had a blast! Here we go:
We just got to the show and found the perfect truck for Nina. All we need now is a large step-ladder!
We have some Aussie members....so we already know Aussies are nice guys. That was confirmed when we met "Aussie Dave" Grubnik. Dave drives a Top-Fuel Drag Car for the Kalitta team, and we got to know each other pretty well. Dave promised to teach Nina how to drive the Dragster, we'll try to get a few photos at the Nationals as she's going down the quarter mile at 325 MPH! :-) I need to start thinking of retiring!

We also met Carl Baker, who drives a Pro-Stock Drag Car. Another real nice guy, he also took some time with us. Hey Carl! Good luck this season Bud!

This is the poster Mike signed for Nina. You'll notice they changed the paint job on the car. Mike was telling us they got a new sponsor for the car just before the show, so they needed to change the paint on the car. They didn't have time to get the new posters printed up for the show.

I've got a shot of a beautiful woman and a beautiful truck. Life doesn't get any better than this. Honestly, Nina enjoys this as much as I do!
I'll say it again....I'm a lucky guy!
They have show competitions for guys with their cars. Lots of beautiful machines.
